Backround of Divergent

     I am currently reading the book Divergent. It takes place in Chicago which is now split up in differetnt groups where they live by different virtues. You are born into a certian group and when you turn 16 you take a aptitude test which tells you what your speciality is and if you should switch you group or not. I so far really like this book and will keep on reading it. I really like the main character Beatrice Prior who ends up being "Divergent".

The Fault In Our Stars

This summer I read The Fault In Our Stars by John Green. He is acually a youtube blogger and educator as well as agreat author. The Fault In Our Stars is one of his most popular books he has written. He has 5 other main books like Paper Towns and Looking for Alaska. I hope to read his other books soon.

I really enjoyed The Fault In Our Stars and I love how I could connect with the characters so well even if I didnt have the same disease as them. I could really feel for them and connect. The story started in Indianapolis and then moved to Amsterdam. Though it wasn't the Indy that everyone knows and goes to work and has a nomral life this was the Indy of the sick with hospitals,support groups, and churches. And Amsterdam was a place they could get away from all that.
